MARTIN KOREN

BIO
I was born in the Czech Republic, 1982. My parents emigrated to the USA in 1985, where we stayed until 1996. My studies have been at the English College in Prague and the University of New York - Suny New Paltz where I achieved a bachelors degree in business science.
Since then, I traveled the world as an international freestyle motocross (FMX) rider. Over the 17 years, along with being active in competitions and exhibitions, I have gained nearly 2 decades of experience in managerial and leadership positions within the FMX and entertainment industry, leaving my fingerprints in over 300 events around the globe.
Currently, I'm attaining to achieve my MBA degree and am working closely with start-ups and growing organisations. Helping improve their organisational structure, work processes and strategies in order to become more successful.

FMX4EVER
2008 - 2011: Communications, marketing and rider.
2011 - 2019: COO and rider. FMX4Ever is an international freestyle motocross team and event company based in Belgium. The team has pioneered FMX in over 20 countries around the world and has been involved in over 500 global events since 2002.
CIRQUE MOTOX
2011 - 2017: Creator/director of Cirque MotoX, the circus entertainment division within the FMX4Ever company. More than 2500 performances displayed in Germany, France and Hong Kong since 2011.
FMX GLADIATOR GAMES
2010 till date: Sports director at the FMX Gladiator Games, the very first event in Europe to focus on freestyle motocross. Founded in 2000, The FMX Gladiator Games brings World class riders and modern entertainment under one roof to present an annual historical happening.
ROCK'N'RIDE
2013 - 2021: Founder of Rock’n’Ride. The outdoor enduro, freestyle motocross and music festival takes place in Benšov, Czech Republic since 2013. Rock’N’Ride is organized by childhood friends Libor Podmol, Martin Kuklik, Vita Kuklik and Martin Koren. It is truly a "for riders by riders" event.

FIM FMX OF NATIONS
The Czech team finished in second place at the FIM FMX of Nations in 2012 with Libor Podmol, Petr Pilat and Martin Koren.
FIM IFMXF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
World Championship competitor between 2005 – 2017. Best result 4th place - Köln, Germany 2006. 6th place - Liberec, Czech Republic 2007. 5th place - Basel, Switzerland 2012.
RED BULL X-FIGHTERS
The Red Bull X-Fighters is the top of the pyramid in freestyle motocross competition. Martin competed in Glen Helen USA in 2012 and Mexico City, Mexico in 2014.
ROCK'N'RIDE
First place at Rock’N’Ride 2018, the most prestigious national freestyle motocross competition in the Czech Republic.
